Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
All orders placed on Supernaturalpdx.com will ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL orders are sent First Class.
International costs (including Canada) vary depending on your location.
TIMING: For the Tinctoria collection, If we have your order (size and color) in our currently dyed inventory, we will ship it to you right away. Sometimes, we need to custom dye your order and the turn around time can be up to a week or two. We will notify you once your order is ready and give you a shipping date. In the summer, when we travel a lot, orders can sometimes take longer. Please let us know if you have an immediate or urgent need.
All shipments are sent U.S. post Priority Mail with tracking number
- U.S. - (Priority) should arrive within 3-5 business days
- CANADA - (First class) should arrive within 5-10 days business days
- INTERNATIONAL - (First class) should arrive within 10-20 business days
SHIPPING UPGRADES:
- U.S shipments can be upgraded to EXPRESS (1-2 days)
- CANADA shipments can be upgraded to PRIORITY (4-8 days) or EXPRESS (3-5 days)
- INTERNATIONAL can be upgraded to PRIORITY (5-10 days) or EXPRESS (4-7 days)
If you have shipping needs that require expedited service (overnight or express mail), we will work with you to make arrangements and let you know what the associated costs will be based on the chosen shipping method, but please know that Super Natural can not be held responsible if the shipping service fails to do their part.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Don't forget your item(s) may be held for additional customs/duty/VAT specific to your country. These fees are separate from your purchase with us and we have no connection to or control over them. They are different for each country. This may also add additional days to your shipping time and we have no way to speed up your countries customs procedures.
**PLEASE NOTE: OUR SHIPPING COST ALSO INCLUDES HANDLING:This includes the paper, envelopes, tagging, trips to post office, printer ink, and of course paying someone for their time to package and label each package.
