Shipping and Handling
All orders placed on tinctoriadesigns.com will ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We offer a per item shipping method with a base shipping and handling fee of $7 for the first item. Each additional item costs $3. International and Canadian orders will be priced on a case by case basis and we will let you know the cost by email.
Your order will be custom dyed and can sometimes take up to a week before it is shipped out. We will notify you once your order is ready and give you a shipping date. In the summer, when we travel a lot, orders can sometimes take up to two weeks. Please let us know if you have an immediate or urgent need.
If you have shipping needs that require expedited service (overnight or express mail), we will work with you, make arrangements, and let you know what the associated costs will be based on the chosen shipping method, but please know that Tinctoria can not be held responsible if the shipping service fails to do their part.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you will love what you have ordered from Tinctoria. But, if something is not right, please let us know. We will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. We can send you another color, size, or different style. If you would like a refund, we can honor that as well.
Merchandise purchased at a retail store cannot be returned to us directly. Please take the item back to the store where you purchased it and they will work out an arrangement with you depending on their return/exchange policy. Only items bought directly from us through our website or at an event where we sell to the public can be returned directly to Tinctoria.
ALL SALE items are FINAL SALE.
Instructions for Returns by Mail
For returns:
Please place the merchandise in a box or envelope with a brief explanation of why you are returning the item. Then send it to us via priority mail . All merchandise will be refunded for the price paid. All credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your account to be credited (this is their time frame, not ours).
For exchanges:
Please contact us by email (sales@tinctoriadesigns.com) or by phone 503-349-2484 to let us know you need to make an exchange and let us know what you would like to receive. Then, include the receipt along with your merchandise in a box or envelope and ship it to the address below via priority mail . We’ll send in-stock items to you right away and let you know when you can expect to receive items that we need to custom dye. We will charge your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

Throughout the year, we sometimes send emails to our customers to let them know about special web discounts or new product information. This is our way of saying thank you for supporting small business and shopping consciously. We respect your privacy and do not abuse the privilege of being able to send you emails.
